Many marine products sold by MarineFam may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty, if available. Warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and item. Coverage typically runs from the date of purchase, and its length depends on the manufacturer and product. Check the product’s included documentation or the manufacturer’s website for exact terms.

Proof of purchase

Proof of purchase may be required for any warranty claim. Keep your order confirmation or invoice, and register your product with the manufacturer where offered.

Using your product

Customers should follow manufacturer instructions. Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, corrosion from poor maintenance, and normal wear may not be covered.

MarineFam’s role

Warranty vs. returns

Warranty claims cover defects that appear during the manufacturer’s coverage period. If you simply changed your mind or the item is unused, see our Return & Refund Policy, which applies within 30 days of delivery.
