Order Cancellation Policy

MarineFam begins processing orders shortly after checkout. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@marinefam.com or (321) 966-9604 with your order number.

Cancellation before fulfillment

We can usually cancel an order if it has not yet entered fulfillment, been packed, been assigned to a shipment, or shipped.

Cancellation after fulfillment starts

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, been assigned to a shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be cancelable. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unavailable items

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, MarineFam will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item or order.

Refund timing

Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
